Inanna Shea, founder of Wellness Goddess, is a qualified and experienced Remedial Massage Therapist, Reflexologist, Reiki Master, and Intuitive Healer
Inanna works with you to customise a holistic treatment plan that targets both the causes and the symptoms of neuromuscular tension and pain for lasting relief. Whether you woke with a stiff neck, have chronic pain, are recovering from injury or surgery, or hold your stress in your body, Inanna is passionate about helping you to achieve your goals, move well, and feel great!
Skilled in a range of approaches, your Remedial Massage treatment may include assessment and testing, neuromuscular, myofascial, and trigger point release techniques, deep tissue and relaxation massage, mobilisations, Chinese vacuum cupping, foot reflexology, and manual lymphatic drainage. Hawaiian Hot Stone Massage is also available.

Inanna also specialises in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (a blend of Australian and Brazilian techniques) and gentle touch Lymphatic Breast Massage for Recovery from Explant Plastic Surgery. Each lymphatic treatment is holistic yet specialised to meet your needs. Highly effective for general full-body recovery, lymphatic health, detoxification, and a renewed sense of connection with your body, this light touch therapy is next level for daily and long-term health.
​Accredited by ANTA, Inanna has Remedial Massage Therapist provider status with all major private health funds. Health fund members eligible for Remedial Massage (including Manual Lymphatic Drainage) rebates can claim and pay just the gap with the convenience of HICAPS.
